Does ACT have a contact email??

I sent my scores to a college around 10 days ago the college is yet to receive them and the admissions counselor told me to contact ACT but i can't seem to find an email.
Top Comment: The exact same thing happened with my student and it was straightened out within a day. Use the address: [email protected] . Be prepared to supply your full name, date of birth, the date you ordered the additional scores, the school's code and the order number. CC your admissions counselor. Send a second email with an attachment screen shot of your order confirmation (don't send these together as many places will auto delete emails with attachments).

I think that's the real value of the Inquiry. Why was the Act required to make the OPS do their job?

I got an email from a customer service rep from [email protected] which claimed to have fixed my problem but did not. Does anyone know whether my response to that email will be received? At least it didn't bounce, so that's a start.
(Note: the "..." in the email address is some sort of UUID, so I have some hope that it's tied to my itinerary and will actually get through to someone. It seems like it could just be the email form of non-virtual chat assistance.)

I recieved this email a few days ago. I have no other emails from this address.
I am not a student taking the ACT (in fact I don't know much at all about the ACT), I've never set an account up. I am a Uni student in the UK.
Then I got this email a day later from another email address that I've never interacted with before.
Is it a scam email or has someone accidentally put a wrong address in? I mean it gets my first name correct so idk.

hi, i'm a junior in highschool. i took the test my 8th grade year in 2022. i've been able to log in and look at my old scores since forever.. but i went to look at it again and now it says email doesn't match an account? i go to reset the password and it says email not attached to account and it hasn't "migrated" yet. when i got to the web page thingy to reset it it asks for a user ID and i don't know my user id. ðŸ˜

It’s been 4 weeks, I’m in that stage where I’m frantically checking my email, and some people in my school already have their scores. I just need a picture of what the email looks like, and fyi I took the act Feb 25th

I got this email from ACT just a few hours ago, and I’m super confused. Did anyone else get this? Was this a typo or an accident?

Mass confusion?? My test is tomorrow and they sent me an email telling me that it’s my last chance to select or change free of my four score reports. Can someone help me out?

Top Comment: Hmm, that is strange. Give a call right away to ACT or DM them on their social media accounts (Twitter/Instagram @ACTStudent).. Did you print out your test ticket and are you sure your photo is on it? You cannot test without your photo on the test ticket....
